Beer CAN kill small pests in your garden
Think about it. Even if YOU drank enough beer, you could die. What chance does a small pest have? However, most people tend to create a garden as a healthy, soothing pastime, and this might add a bar smell / funk to your space.
Dairy, like milk or yogurt, CAN be used to properly fertilize my lawn or garden
Sure, milk will contain a lot of the byproduct that animal manure produces, however, will lack some of the added enrichments found in – you guessed it – store bought fertilizer. This hack also might leave a certain smell that could be less than pleasant.
The shorter I mow my lawn, DOES NOT mean I will have to mow it less.
Sorry to share that this one is false! Like hair, grass tends to grow back healthier and stronger after many trims.
