ABC Scapes Inc. is licensed with the Arizona Office of Pest Management to spray herbicides wich controls weeds in granite areas, turf, ornamental shrubs, and aquatic areas. Weeds and weed seeds are a natural part of the Sonoran desert and a weed control program is essential in achieving a weed free landscape. Post-emergent herbicides are used for weeds that are growing in turf and granite areas. Pre-emergent herbicides are used to prevent existing weed seeds from germinating. Weed control is best achieved by having a planned pre-emergent program that is augmented by post-emergent spray for spurious weed growth.
